Horizonless
The abandonment of the horizon line should be interpreted as a metaphor for a total immersion in my inner self, and while the titles refer to specific places, only the colors and light remain of their memory.
Chromes
Light itself has no color — it is an effect generated by the eye and the brain. Yet this "illusion" can deeply move us, reviving memories and shaping emotion.
Evocations
Dreams and memory, like life itself, are in color. Through the act of painting they are transformed and come alive. Some works draw inspiration from the hues of a burning sun or from the lessons of the great Venetian colorists, such as Tiepolo.
Geographies of quiet
A cartographic investigation of inner states, an attempt to map the invisible boundaries where silence ceases to be absence and becomes space.
